Shipping

We process your orders within 1-2 business days, during business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

You will receive email notification as soon as your package is on the way to you. All our shipments are fully insured and trackable.
Please check your spam folder too.

LOCAL DELIVERY

For local orders we ship with JNE. Orders around Bali take 1-2 working days (Saturdays are counted), to Jakarta, Surabaya, Badung it takes 3-4 working days on average. 

Regular delivery is FREE for all orders.

If you need urgent GoJek delivery please contact us via instagram (@blooom.thelabel). Gojek delivery is at your own expense (FREE for Ubud area).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are sent with DHL Express or other express air shipping service, and it normally takes 4-6 working days. 

Shipping rates are given below*

  • Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong) - 10 USD (free for orders above 200 USD)
  • Australia, New Zeland - 15 USD
  • USA, Canada - 20 USD (free for orders above 200 USD)
  • Europe - 25 USD

* Please note that for Australia, EU and US remote / rural areas the price might differ due to DHL extra charge.

International parcels may need extra time for delivery due to custom clearance rules and procedures. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes, incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package.

Returned or refused packages will be refunded less than any incurred shipment or other costs. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait - delivery rates start from 10-15 USD - please order via Shop-and-ship.

Shop-and-ship recently opened their office in Indonesia, so you can register with them and enjoy lower delivery rates to number of countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and some more have very favourable rates starting from 10 USD). https://www.shopandship.com/en/home

CANCELATION

Due to change of mind, you may contact us at blooom.thelabel@gmail.com to request cancellation after placing an order. Your request will be processed and if the order is not yet dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payments. We cannot make any cancellations after your order was dispatched.


RETURN

Changed your mind or item didn't fit? No problem.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know and send it back.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE that gift card are non-refundable!

 

We do not accept returns if: 

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Return is claimed after 14 days from a delivery date
  • The item was purchased on Sale

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify it your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
